Lady Vengeance - Where is Fane?

I just started Act 2 and Fane left my part as did everyone. However, I found the rest and re-spec'd them but I cannot locate Fane anywhere. Where is he at? I'm afraid of proceeding too far and being unable to respec him. Please help!

Yes obviously but he's not on the top level or the middle level or the hidden hatch you locate next to the undead cat. I thought maybe he'd BE the undead cat somehow but no. Please help so I can keep playing.

omg thank you. I spent over an hour looking for him. I guess the problem is that he's a green dot and not a yellow dot like the other recruitable NPCs. So somehow I skipped over him in my search. Thanks again!

I couldn't find him too. He's on the middle deck (called Cabin) near Leya.
