Arena of the Ages (SPOILER!!!)
So, I smashed the face of the Eternal Protector, and talked with the bird;s spirit and all, now I noticed some mirrors contraptions like the ones to access the council room, where you have to direct a beam of light through. Now, there is a pedestal in the Arena where apparently you are supposed to put a Phase Capacitor, which I did, whit no result. The Way the mirror are placed makes me thing that is either something that start from the center of the Arena (where the big Eternal Protector is) and goes outwards towards the entrance, or the other way around.
Can somebody give me any hints?
Thanks

You can use this to permanently stun the big construct. If you already killed it, you don't need it.

I figured as much but I was thinking by the time I manage to move everything he was already dead, since he attacked me as soon as I entered the room.

Thanks

Come on! That's all the Phase Capacitor plug and the four Deflectors do, just to stun the Eternal Protector? In the heat of the battle with the Protectors, who would actually be looking for the capacitor plug and use the deflectors? The battle wasn't hard either. However, I'm just curious: where's the source of light originated from? Or, the deflectors just enamate light by themselves, and I just steer them?

I ran around every corner trying to figure out this reflector thing as well. There's really nothing to it. It's meant for the fight (which I never used.) You can get to the throne room above the arena by teleportation. There's a Giant Thunder Rune in the area with the emitted light source.

If you have one character with high wits run straight into the Eternal Protector's aggro and start the battle, while another is in sneak by the door (careful of which side; it locks when battle starts... there's also a ledge you can camp out on along the wall on each side of the door, if the initiator's wits aren't high enough to hold the enemy turn orders from catching the sneak), then the other character can sneak around the whole arena turning all the mirrors, and dropping a capacitor on the switch. Leaving the character who initiated only having to step forward and turn the first mirror.

Very easy to figure out, especially when the sneak has Cloak and Dagger.
Come on, nobody else figured out how simple this is?
