Smart Way to kill Adramahlihk (Lohse's Demon)

This was done WITHOUT extinguishing the soul candles. Get in the hospital, don't enter the room with the Doctor yet. If you have teleporter pyramids - give one to your sneaky character and sneak from the room opposite to his office, all the way around to behind the Doctor. Now use another pyramid on one of your characters and choose to teleport to the one you gave to your sneaker, thus getting your whole party there. Alternatively if you can, you may just sneak them all into that position.
Normally, if you enter the Office, the demon has dialogue and then immediately transforms, giving you only ~4 turns to blow through around 18k armor and 13k health before he possesses Lohse and the storyline is failed, not to mention he summons 4 really strong demons.
Since he's that kind of an ass, get the drop on him, blow his armor off (if you have a 2h user, hitting him once or twice should get his armor lower than yours, then you can Overpower him to blow it all away, him included). Simply hold him knocked down until you kill him. The summons won't be present, and Adramahlihk will find himself bested by your cheapshot. Happy end.

Unless you are playing on tactian mode, this fool has over 26k armor and regens 8k back when he recovers from knockdown. Literally the only think I could do was break his magical armor and charm him with arrows because the charm skill doesn't work.

How does the Doctor (untransformed) have 26k armor?

you cant hit him before he transforms. ive tried sneaking someone behind him and using overpower to break him but the skill doesnt even register. i just lose the source from overpower and the demon transforms to fight me

Arrow Spray with Blood Arrows will do the trick of getting rid of his armor. You can hit with all of those arrows if oyu stand close. With Skin Graft you can kill him in two turns.

With enough Initiative, you can get the first turn. Depending on the character, you can actually CC him in one turn using haste before combat if needed.

Eh? That's weird. Was he in a dialogue with one of your party members, maybe? I don't think you can hit him in that case.

Elemental arrows ability cast on blood. Its not a consumable.

The easiest way is to put on Lohse a hat with charm resistanse (it becomes regular item from tradors in Arx after level 20), so Adramahlikh will constantly (and unsuccessfully) attack her with charm spell - while you can kill all of the demon's crew and then the demon itself.

Here it is, how we handled him in tactician mode in Rage state (transformed wth tons of stats)
Our team - Warrior, Summoner, Ranged and Rogue.
1. Get fire res potions.
2. Kill all the "Notes" named enemies at the house, without triggering Adramalikh
3. Aggro adramalikh on the warrior with equalise, adrenalin and skin graft skills. Survive his move and wait till ur turn.
4. Get sneaky character on super low hp. Come near adramalikh without spotting, use equalise
5. Get sneaky character on super low hp, use adrenalin, skin graft > equalise
At this point we needed to get his hp lower than 20% to use Mortal Blow from rogue. If you have another source of true damage - be brave and finish this demon.

I teled a bunch of corpes to the square, bone cage, pyramid teleport to him, living on edge, initiate fight with him and reactive armor him twice with skin graft.

Equalise with low HP character(Living on the Edge recommended) then pierce Damage or Mortal blow as mentioned. Other method is to stack up on teleport scrolls, then teleport corpses near him(nurses, hint hint) and use mass corpse explosion (hight int and warfare recommended), since he uses that skill as well be careful not to bring the corpses too close. Necromancer and/or Geo Mage with proper build (Spell Crit, gear etc) can one shot him as well.

I teleported all dead wedding guests right next to him and oneshotted with corpse-explosion.
