By advancing the main quest? The point of it is to awaken your untapped Source potential, which in-game means more max source points. How far along are you into it?

There's a few options but I've only seen one so far. In act 2 you find mordus in wrecker's cave, who upon beating you can press for info on source. He will give you a heart of a void to eat and you will get a extra source point for the whole party.

Find source masters, there's a lot of them in Driftwood.

One of them is Hannag in the Church (The Church is located in Clusterwood), Ryker in the Graveyard, the Witch in the top right part of the map, Morgus (The undead guy from the dwarves quests), There's Jahan near the Church where Hannag is.

There's probably more, if i'm mistaken feel free to correct me.

Its Apotheosis, you need 3 Source Points to activate it and it make all your Source Skills cost 0 Source Points.

its Mordus btw, also Saheila, and the Advocate.

There are 6 source improvements, afaik:

- Mordus - defeat him
- elven ritual - rescue Saheila from Lone Wolves
- Hannag - rescue her apprentice Gwydeon
- Jahan - kill the Advocate
- Almira (succubus) - remove the decaying fog from paradise downs (boss kill)
- Ryker - get ancient tablet from the black pit

And you just need 2 of them to complete the source master goal.

In act 2 there are multiple sourcerers that, in exchange for help, will teach you. Getting their teachings will unlock a second, then a third source point to hold at any time.

Hannag is in the cloisterwood and wants you to rescue her apprentice.
Jahan is near the cloisterwood and wants you to murder a demon.
Ryker is in the graveyard, he wants a tablet from a cave near the oil fields.
Morgus wants you to spare him after beating the tar out of him, he's in reaper's cove.
The succubus(I forgot her name) is near Paradise Downs. She wants you to kill a boss voidwoken in the upper north of the map.

Do note that three source points is the maximum, doing their quests after getting 3 source points causes them to give you good skills/skillbooks instead.

In order of difficulty and rewards/cost.

Morgus is the easiest, and can be done by lv11-12 or so. His method of teaching costs you nothing but the loot you could've gotten from him by killing him.

Hannag is probably the second easiest if you are creative with your teleport skill as it allows you to bypass an otherwise pretty tough fight if you lack good water AoE damage. If you do her quest the clever way, it can be done easily at lv14, lv13 with some good tactics. Without teleport, expect to struggle. Her method of teaching costs you Pet Pal talent, if you have it, on one(all?) of your characters.

Ryker's is probably not that terribly difficult, but he's kind of sleazy so I didn't help him, so I cannot comment.

The succubus is probably well worth helping regardless of whether you want to her teach you or not, as she joins you on the Lady Vengeance as a pretty solid merchant. Her quest is difficult if you're not prepared, as the voidwoken boss fight has low-AP high-damage attacks and can teleport himself and his zombie aides great distances. Keep an eye on your squishies, as he can tear through their armor and half their health in a single turn if you're not of a higher or equal level. Her method of teaching costs you nothing.

Finally there's Jahan. He wants you to kill a powerful demon that comes with a bunch of strong adds. Expect to struggle on anything lower than level 15 with epic lv15 gear. His method of teaching costs you nothing, but if you already have 3 source points he gives a very powerful skill, demon within (inner demon? I keep confusing the two) instead.
