How to enter in Johanna surrey grave ?

Hi all I must enter but the door est closed and I can't open or destroy it. Any idea for me ?

Picklock it or find the key. The key is in another tomb. That tomb is near a dog in the cemetery. You will also get a clue on how to solve the puzzle in Surrey's tomb, so don't forget to read.

At the time of this post, The "ripped page" has the correct combination, the journal entry does not and should not be used. Took me an hour to figure out as i was using the journal entry combination.

Note: this may get fixed in a later patch.

... the bigger problem for me was to see the lever, lol
I gave up and had to search for the solution, shame on me :-)

I am still stuck on this, please help. I read there are supposed to be there levers in the tomb, but I can only find two? And those two opened the door to a stone tomb that I cannot open, even with high strength. There is one more room with a weight/responsive panel, but all it seems to do is open a door to that room, and get steam coming out of the pipes. I cannot open the stone tomb no matter what I do :(
