How to reach chest under rainbow

There is a chest near Fanes location under a rainbow. But I don´t know how to get up there like the destroyed bridge at beginning. There is a climbing plant but my chars can´t reach it..

The best/only way i have found is using the teleport gloves/skill to move the chest. Maybe you can also use that one civil ability that lets you grab things from far away but unsure about that one.

Teleporter Gloves, my friend. You will find them quite early in Fort Joy :)

Yup teleport is how to get it. Its not accidental that the chest is in the same place you go for the teleport quest.

Telekinesis probably works too but you'd need a few points in the skill.

Teleport Gloves works for bridge too, there is a good item next to the bridge on a hill. :)

It should if you have enough skillpoints invested. Its just unlikely you'd have enough that early on. However, the teleport gloves you get from the crocs do the trick. Its always worthwhile to have at least one character who can cast teleport throughout the game.

And don't forget to use the teleport gloves nearby to get up to the crashed blimp close to where you land on the beach. Very nice unique 1 handed sword there that helps a lot early on.

Gloves worked for me.
A secret for you,
the guy, who want to teleport from you to the other side..

1. Port yourself and your mates on the other side, kill all enemies there and secret loot.
2. Teleport wooden chests on the stairs and block the way.
3. Teleport back.
4. Teleport the guy on the other side for finishing your mission (EXP.)
5. Teleport back to the other side and kill this guy. Secret Loot.

I found many ways on this way to reach secret loot..

All this isn't necessary to get gawin's spellbooks (which i assume is the 'secret loot').

All you have to do is open the trade window with him before you teleport him over (you don't have to do anything, just open the window and close it). Then when you find his body later it will have all the same 'secret loot' on it.

I've actually tried to follow Gawin... Gawain? ( I forgot his name... ) I've actually tried following him pretty far outside of Fort Joy, and if he gets past the Magisters, he still manages to get killed by undead later on. If he manages to get past THOSE undead, I think he still manages to wander into the miniboss up ahead... I always manage to find his corpse on a specific path but I've never acutally kept him going long enough to fully realize his route.

And yes, he's carrying some nice early loot if you do come across him or wipe him out yourself for being a goon.

Can you explain what you did and which character?
Normaly, if you have enough strength (red prince) move to cliff, targed chest and put it behind on the gras.

Normaly, if you have enough strength (red prince) move to cliff, targed chest and put it behind on the gras.

My char has telekinese 3 and stood on the cliff. She could move it but not place it. Nowhere. I tried for some minutes and gave up.

Try it with gloves (crocodile quest), I never skilled telekinese.
But you can use tele on the chest but cant drop it?
