change appearance
Can you do it after you've already created your character? or am I doomed to play as the ogre I've created?

There's the option to edit your appearance as often as you want after Act 1

On the bottom floor of The Lady Vengeance there's a big green mirror sort of in the middle of the floor. Using that you can change the appearance and/or stats of yourself and any of your party members
