Skill books at Fort Joy
Do you have to buy all the low level skill books at Fort Joy before you leave or are they available elsewhere.

Skill books aren't really classified as "Low Level" seeing as how they scale with increase of stats. I would imagine they are available elsewhere.

No need to buy them. There are other Skillbook Traders later on (also on the island of fort joy). And they are going to sell you the same books (at least up to level 1+2).

SKill books require a certain level in that skill to be learned...So books that require level 1 skills are available at Fort Joy.

They are available else where. There will be skill traders in every map, and they will give you access to all the spells from their repspective trees so if you miss some you can get them later.
