Any tips for defending Lady Vengence?
I don't understand why they made the fight that way, with splitting the group, and putting enemies in key spots. Seems rather stupid if you ask me. If we are required to change character stats with the mirror just for this fight, well that seems stupid also. By the time it's our turn they've already knocked my companions down by half. WTF Larian?!

Are we supposed to pick certain companians for the fight?

Use Dome of Protection around Malady if you have it. Besides that just spam heal her and CC the enemies so they cannot do damage to her.

I agree that the fight setup is really stupid. The whole event is designed to fu-ck with you just like The Walking Dead show where zombies have ninja skills (using bad logics to make the show looks good). Like how the hell did the other ship boarded your ship in the first place? What are those ballistas on your ship for?

its not about winning the fight. its about postponing time until Malady does her thing.

<sigh> That means I've got to back to a save from before I went on the ship. Ugh! I need to stock up on Source and do more prep.

Man, I can't even keep myself alive, let alone her. Even with teleport on two characters I can't keep them off of her. I don't know any way to slow them down since they all either fly or zoom over to her.

Go to where she is and fight them there. CC is your best friend.

What is CC?

Crowd control. Stuns, teleport, knock down, etc.

Crowd-Control abilities. Battle Stomp, Chicken Claw, freeze them, shock and stun them, etc...

By chance is there a hidden source of Source on the ship? I have none. Yes, it was dumb.

*I have no save left that would take me back to before the ship, so I might be screwed. If so, then I'm done with this game.

Dude, tell us your group comp. We can offer advice. You give up so easily.

I am not sure where to start without knowing how your party is set up and what spells you have available. So general tips are all I can provide.

Grab a barrel/crate, block the stairs right beside her, after both gheists use their backlash, teleport malady up on the ledge, if you can teleport from both sides, go up with your malady side teleporter character before blocking the stairs and camp there until they cluster up, then teleport the ranger to malady's side and teleport malady to the ranger's side, it's easier if you don't cc or slow the gheists so only they get to her quickly, also applying many physical armour buffs on malady works fine too since pretty much no one will deal magical damage to her. I haven't tried this by the way, but it's what I'll try for tactician/honour, works on theory. If you have two teleporters on the ranger's side, go up with both they have just enough range to take malady to their side and send the ranger away to where malady is. You can probably even put her on the very front of the ship. Good luck. Hope any of these work. By "the ranger" I mean the one silent monk that uses tactical retreat.

You cannot teleport Malady.

Dome + very minor CC is enough to keep her alive
