Escapist Infinites.
I think it's been there since the last game, but when you join in combat you join in at the very end of the current turn. So, as long as you have someone occupying the last slot of the turn you can just have someone teleport in with a pyramid before that person's turn ends and then escape with the first character to have them teleport back in so they have a turn after the second character's turn. You just kind of repeat this cycle until you're done. Here's the infinite turn thing in action.

They need to fix this by simply making someone who joins into a fight get put into the next turn's order rather than the current turn's order.

Put simply: Two or more characters have the escapist perk (or can just escape easily) and they just cycle escaping and entering a battle.
