Demon Name on the Blood island
Hello Folks.

I think i just got bamboozled by the game but someone might have an idea.

So, i've made the mistake to do the wole quest on the blood island BEFORE talking to the necromancer for lohse quest. Once all the quest are done here, i went to talk to that guy who asked me to kill the advocate which i did. he then told me to get the name of the demon. The tree is suppose to give me that name but i can not understand what the tree is saying and the spirit in the archive is not giving me any dialogue option other than "absorb it's source". Did i miss something ? Is there another way to get the name / communicate with the tree ?

Yes, go around the island with spirit vision and you will have your answers. You actually need to know the story of the tree to communicate with it and then you can get the demon's name. You haven't bugged anything, you just missed something. It's not hard to find just keep spirit vision up and cover the island (it's not a big island anyway)

nevermind , found it. You have to read the log of the archivist that i luckily kept in one of my bags =)

Hey I know this is nearly 10 months old but I heard you can get the tree's name from the Archivist, what dialouge options do you need to click?

You don't get it from archivist. You read it form a book on her table.
