It's pretty close by on the ground. Just walk around the immediate area holding alt and you should find it.

theres a head like, literally 10 feet from the broken statue. gotta say the loot is pretty garbage though. literally just a sarcophagus you open with regular loot

For future people who stumble upon this thread like I did, it's -not- "literally 10 feet" from it. It's close though. From the headless statue, walk down the path right of the stairs, past the waypoint. You'll find it on the next corner to the right. South-southwest from the statue.
