I have two characters with teleport, so I chain teleported her all the way to the pulsating poison trap. There she will continue to take damage in real time while combat is turn based. I found out this by pure chance. I went afk for 10 minutes and she was dead. Then I aggroed all the mobs into the long tunnel, and killed them one by one. Fleeing with some of my crew to get fresh blood into the fight without the mobs resetting. The beetles also can be baited into the poison trap. Even better, if you set the poison trap on fire when they're in there, they will take a ton of realtime damage.
Good luck :)

Well that is certainly a creative use of talents, too bad it doesn't work on targets that have phys armor because we got the lesser version of shackles seeing as the AI one ignores your armor
Considering how ♥♥♥♥♥♥' hot she is, I had a hard time bringing her down. :(
My Strat: I split up 2 party members, 1 bow/ranged and the other support/ranged (do this by clicking and holding one of the chars portraits and dragging it either way down or to the right, splitting them. Link together the two chars you just split from the group) The ranged pair i send to high ground just to the left after entering the reddish part of the cave (just before speaking with Radeka). I then send my two melee/tanks (one whos able to use teleportation) up to speak with Radeka.
COMBAT
Radeka usually starts by running back to her own high ground.
If your bow/range char goes first, pass their turn.
When its one of your melee chars turn with Teleportation, teleport Radeka in front of your melee chars (you'll usually be able to get a free hit on her afterward)
Make short work of her with focus fire, use your ranged high ground bonus to deal extra deeps, CC her once her armor is gone.
After killing her you'll have a much easier time with the other mobs. Your ranged characters are further away from their melee mobs so you can continue to damage/support while not being in risk of getting diseased by the melee undead.
The bugs get steam covered too. They will leap over the steam and attack you anyway but only 1 attack the first turn and they will leap onto water or oil that you can light up or shock for extra damage. It was pretty smooth sailing for me from then on out. I think I took out 1 bug and 1 zombie in the first turn alone and I had 3 teleports so Radeka kept getting ported into the steam or fire and reduced her combat effectiveness. It is definitely one of the hardest fights in chapter 1 but not impossible.
As for the fight, I found it pretty darn easy - level 6 party, and my Lohse still no pants - BUT I am playing on classic and not Tactical like the rest of you are, because I'm a noob scrub ;P
Also I did try to fight the dragon because I thought it would be a cool fight failing miserably - he stun locks pretty much everyone except for my tank for the entirety of the fight.
