Persuading Spirit of Brother Robert (Bloodmoon Island)?

25 Wits (+2 Persuade) doesn't do it. 26 STR doesn't do it.

How do you persuade him to open the door? Do they expect me to dump all my points into Persuade? Not even sure that will help.

Here's the thing. It is never a complete guarantee. It icnreases the chances of it happening. My character had 42 Str ( Lone Wolf Talent FTW) and 2 Persuade and I still failed. The easiest way to do it if you fail is this Consume his spirit.

By the way, for those looking for the answer in full, here's a SPOILER on how to do it:
Equip the helm of Braccus Wrex, it gives you an ability to Purge (consume spirits).
Use that ability on the Spirit, that will unlock the door. Use the level to open it.
If you don't have a lever - find an Ancient Forge on the north side of the island, smelt the silver ingot in it to make a lever.

Dont need the helm, you eventually learn that skill.
