Is there anything to do with severed body parts without elf in party?

Didn't like the elf ♥♥♥♥♥, so I got no elf in the party.
Is there any way for a different race to gain elf body-eating so as to not miss on content?

I believe you can eat body parts if you morph to an elf with Fane's mask. I forget what it's called.

Ya making or finding a mask of the shapeshifter can give everyone the elf racial of being able to eat body parts. Most of the body parts don't really do anything, but some of them teach you skills (though you would have to choose to memorize them) and give quests and stuff.

Otherwise, I know you can give atusa's leg to knile's, with fane in your party, to get the facerippper instead of having to fight him to get it.

there is a quest/encounter in stonegarden graveyard where you can use body parts if you have pet pal and spider's kiss when interacting with "The Weaver"
