Does anyone know if parts of the quest are bugged? I remember I got into a conversation with Tarquin on the boat but he never appeared at the graveyard after that. I checked some stuff online and they all say he's supposed to be at the gate. I tried talking to him at the boat again but he just wants to sell me items. It seems like I can't proceed with the levers unless I have the quests. I've got spirit vision and I'm pulling them in the right order but they never seem to go down.

Did you get one half of it in Johanna's tomb?

The second half I think is in act iii

I never even got the quest to get into my log. I've already killed Qanna and cleared out the tomb full of petrified people though. I'd be less worried if the quest was at least in my journal.

Johanna's tomb is right in the middle of the of the graveyard. With big stairs going underground. The switch combo is mid-left-right.

See if that'll make the game pick up the quest.

Yeah I've been trying that the switches never go up or down though. They seem to only activate in poison > blood > explosion. It never goes into holy fire.

The quest is buggy as hell. I can't proceed either because I'm getting the same non animating lever issue as well. It causes the random effects in the other room, but that's it. They don't move and the correct order doesn't work either.

Same here, I think I tried every combination by now including the one from journal page (2-1-3). Seems that some scripts in the game could be written a little better... I do have Tarquin outside the cementary and the quest and the journal page from the petrified girl from a different spot at the cementary.

EDIT:

It does work but not every time, its water, electricity fire. so middle left then right. Not sure why it only works sometimes, but I tested it three times now and it does work.

I also have 2 halves of the sword and no quest. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

I also have both halves but never got the quest to begin with. Aparrantly if you just return to the lady vengence before meeting with Traquin at the stone garden then he just appears at the lady vengence and doesn't trigger the quest.

i believe theres a scripted hidden checkpoint where if you save mari before interacting with taurin then this quest will not trigger. I might be completely wrong here and there could be other bad triggers but this is a strong guess.
