Then, use a teleportation stone, throw it outside one of the barriers, teleport, when you are on the ledge outside, through the stone back inside the barrier where the alter is, Jump down using flight or teleport etc.
Use Rain of Blood or some sort of blood spell directly on the bowl for the Blessed Blood, then use your Bless (Source) spell on it and done.
Use the teleport stone to zap back up to the top.
Realistically, you can just Set fire, and Water and Blood to all 3 outside the barriers and bless them all If you have enough source.
Addendum: I should note that this is best done by actually taking down the barriers, which is best done if you become Sworn to The One King since he'll just obliterate Lucian's Altar which negates the magical barriers.

All this teleporting crystal shennangans looks like way too much effort. As someone else said, most of the possible routes end up making a L and leading back into themself.
Once you get one of them lined up the rest just kinda jump out at you.
But there's a pic of it if you want it. There are actually a few ways you can turn the things and complete the paths.
No, I'm not particularly good at logic games, but at least give me a sense of what I'm supposed to accomplish. It's like trying to play baseball without knowing what balls and strikes are.
There's nothing hard about this puzzle because you can pan the camera with WASD and look at the puzzle while you're solving it. You can also see what's at the far end, mouse over it and see what it is.
