Is it just me or do bosses have a billion AP?
More of a quick vent mid game before I get back into it really... Ran into this boss a short while ago who initiated the fight after dialogue, summoned 2 more enemies, cast rain on the stupefied party, cast hail storm to nuke the aforementioned party to death except the tank (who was now frozen with roughly 100 hp left), and then flew over to use my dead party members as carpet while the summoned enemies killed what's left next turn (since summons go right after the summoner...)

There was another one in Driftwood that ran across the map (like 2-2.5 of my full turns kinda distance) under the effects of oil slow, got into the middle of my party, cast whirlwind and killed half the party, then drank a potion to celebrate.

I mean they die easy enough once I can have my own turn with my party members alive, but man that first round is just a nightmare.

while one character is talking, position the others so they are ready for battle. watch out because sometimes if you move to far in the battle will just start.

if you dont position during dialog AOE will ♥♥♥♥ you party side note having one stealth character in the party makes life easier (at least in my experience)

I noticed after examing some of them that certain enemies will have anywhere between 6-8 AP per turn rather than the normal 4.

Lol I did the arena quests at level 15 (blindfolded thing scared me a bit too much), so that boss got one-shot by my archer from high ground :D But maybe they do have lone wolf... I never checked tbh.

Yea I learned my lesson with those positioning mistakes. Have the talking guy keep talking while the rest of the party moves into position. Still it amazes me to see how mobile they are.
