One of my companions is not following the party
How can I fix it? Also is there any way to disable movements for companions without order?

You see the portraits on the left, simply drag the portrait of one that is seprate onto the 3 chained together, this will add them to the chain.

You can also de-chain them if you ever want them to work sepratly, drag them right and let go, should do it.

Pathfinding is still a bit buggy so can't do much against that. To disable movements from companions simply drag away their portraits from the other party members. This will unchain them from the rest and only those still chained together will move together.

You can also right click on the character and click chain or unchain.

Also, party members won't follow if they are encumbered

You must have been over encumbered, replying to this thread so late.
