how to fet to the chest in the wolf camp

in livedwood sawmill there is a chest under the waterfall that you cant teleport to
do you know how to get it ?

Throw on some gear with +Telekinesis. You only need a few points to get into range, I think 3 or 4. In general Telekinesis is pretty handy and may be worth investing a real point or two in on your Loremaster character, since you don't need much Lore to ID everything.

Do the quest in fort joy where you get teleportation gloves.
