Going by past timelines. About this date 2019. Original SIn 1 was released in October, 2015.

Divinity original sin was released in june 2014. The EE was released in 2015.

In general 3 years is about what Larian needs (or can afford to invest) for a new game. So 2020-2021 seems reasonable.

I want a game to finish up with Damien. In case many of you dont know or forgot, he has done some pretty terrible things, and the last game he was in was divinity 2, which is pretty damn close in the timeline to original sin 2.
