Who is the best vendor in Arx?

Far and away the best vendor in Driftwood was Arran the Raucous. He sold literally every single type of weapon and every single type of armor for mages, warriors, and rogues aswell as arrows, scrolls, necklaces, belts, and rings.

Is there another all-purpose vendor in Arx? If there is, where can I find him?

In the square there are 3 traders.
There are more around, but they just seem to have rings. Sadly those 3 in the square are the only "decent' ones.

Depending on your quest decisions you should also have some vendors on the lady vengeance to buy from

Tarquin is probably the best. One of the merchants in the square who sells general provisions is probably the other one who has a good supply of weapons for every class. The Fletcher/Bowyer merchant, and Victor Voss also occasionally have some useful equipment but they tend to favor Finesse gear.
