is there one? if so where is it located.

The Temple of Tir-Cendelius is in the northern part of the map, IIRC.

That stupid thing was hard to find its hidden in the top left corner got to go down a vine ladder press alt to highlight it

For anyone who ends up here, the Altar is where the Last Forest Tiger is, very near the Tir Cendelius teleportation stone. It is camouflaged as leaves, with a metallic elf's head that distinguishes it from the scenery.
