Blood Vials- Chapter 6.
After you kill Sanguinia Tell, in chapter 6, you can loot some Blood Vials from her house. These vials have the names of some NPCs in the area. Is there anything you can do with them (I tried talking to one of the NPCs but there was no conversation option), or are they just vendor trash?

I sold their own blood to one of the npc's as well. nothing.
