As for the red Prince....I had the same thing happen . Only I didn't care if the red prince didnt get a say lol the good news and hopefully it will work for you . Just use Spirit Vision and you'll see his Ghost . And The red Prince ''Should'' be able to talk to him and finish his quest like I did .
But for Iflan....I never got around that one . So I just started over and took Beast instead of Ilfan until they get it fixed . And Btw..Both Ilfan and Sebille get the fight everyone go hostiles regarldess .
She's a semi-psychotic killing machine who doesn't play nice. Always move her away from any NPC she expresses an interest in "speaking" to and finish up with them before engaging. A small hint is the fate of Stingtail...
She really isn't as bad as people think. There isn't that many people she "talks" to, and the ones she does talk to, well they deserved it.
In the end game cinematic, the narrator says that she travels around helping people and is celebrated in the towns she stops in.
Dunno about Ifan, never took him as companion, but I know Roost spirit is there after the battle, so Ifan might be able to talk to him.
I had those 3 on my team without any problems.
