Can I kill the Red Princess?

Serious question. Up until this point in the story, my avatar, a female lizard, has been romancing the Red Prince, that is until we came upon the Red Princesses camp and now he's perfectly fine dumping me to go have sex in a wagon with her. HE JUST MET HER TOO. Seriously wtf?!? Me and the Prince have been traveling together forever! We had each others backs, we shared laughs and a few drinks, facing hell and high water. I risked my life SEVERAL TIMES to save him. I've been nothing but nice,patient, and understanding with him.

I patiently sat through all his egotistical speeches and silently rolled my eyes as his obsession with vanity, never saying a word. Now he's willing to throw away our entire relationship to go have sex with a lizard he's only heard prophesied about? What a slap in the face! What about me? Don't I have feelings?

He expects me to just "go for a stroll" while they ♥♥♥♥? Oh hell no.

I want to murder her♥♥♥♥♥ So I have a question: If I murder the red princess can I still move forward in the story and not have to deal with their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥t? I want to kill her and steal her source (though I think it's for the best if the red prince stays behind during this part.)

Can I murder her and still be okay in the storyline?

The weirdest thing just happened. I attempted to kill the red princess, she immediately vanished into a cloud of smoke and I was ambushed. Easily killed all the ambushers but once it was over, the Red Prince still speaks as though he had sex with her. Damn wtf? Even when I try to kill her I can't stop them from having sex.

Yeah, this really is a gigantic letdown. If I had been romancing Red Prince in my game I'd dunk Sadha at the starting gun, because fu-u-u-uck that.

I seriously LOL'd at this thread. Do you think maybe you take the role playing aspect a bit too seriously? What you're describing BTW isn't a romantic relationship. Listening to someone's rants all the time while they go sex someone else is the classic sign that you got friendzoned. :D

But yeah, you can kill her, she's not necessary to the story whatsoever. I didn't have the red prince in my party so I completely ignored her. I actually wanted to come back to kill her for EXP before I finished the Act, but I forgot ... :/

haha my gf had the exact same problem. both playing lizard, me as red prince and then sadha happened and all she talked about afterwards is how she is gonna murder sadha

keep building relationship with the red prince and have him kill the red princess later for revenge...

And of course, the icing on the cake of this trainwreck of a story is to throw some more gayness into the situation. The male lizard ambushing me said he wants a turn in the wagon with the red prince. WTF???

So to recap everything that just happened in the past 5 minutes:

Red Prince meets a woman he has only heard about in stories

Immediately has sex with her and kicks me to the curb.

Wagon Driver comments on how he can't wait for the Princess to have sex and have her womb filled (wtf????)

A gay lizard shows up and hits on the prince before shooting the Red Prince in the face (I was okay with that after what just happened)

Fane uses "Infectious Flame" on the ambushers, inadvertently hitting a patch of oil and covers the entire battlefield in necrofire as far as the eye can see.

Once the entire fiasco is over, everyone in my party is on fire, Necrofire is everywhere, the red princess is gone, and the red prince is mad at me (lost attitude)

The Red Prince and Sadha were born to be together. It was a long awaited event and what both of them perceive as their ultimate goal / fate. It's not like the Red Prince shoves you aside, he simply refuses to stay monogamous.
Think of it another way: he finds THE woman of his dream, his destiny, and he STILL loves your character too. That is dedication.
