Magister gremory bugged?

Anyone manage to get him to not attack you in the blackpit mines?

At the blackpit docks, Reimond implies that gremory should be there, which makes me think that there is a way to get him to not attack you.

Every dialogue option causes him to attack you, even persuasion checks. Dudes probably the smartest magister i've seen.

On a side note, gremory has the best voice imo.

^^^^^nope i wanna know too i re did the battle 3 time just trying to get my persuasion char to be the one he engages for the check to find out he just fight me anyways...... just should killed him before the void.
