Just left Fort Joy the island. curious on how long a normal play through is.
right now im about 15 hours in just leaving the island

~113 hours for my first game to finish.
But I took my time and explored as much as I could.

130h in Honoured Mode, because I KEEP F*NG DYING.

... but the game's worth it.

Also, I tend to hoard every single item, loot every crate, try all the different paths and search for all the secrets.

I'm guessing the game's about 40-50h if you do it "normally", and about 100+ the slow way.

15 hours is low for fort joy, I had at least double that. Are you sure you are exploring everything and doing all the side quests?

Around ~50 hours, doing everything (quests and exp, no fluff) that you are able to. Overall playtime, Steam recorded 70 hours, I recall having spent 10+ hours starting over and not to stop dying from dumb things.

I only played without any companions though (honour mode true solo). Maybe companions lengthen it considerably judging from the other's playtime.

That's about 1/4 or even 1/5 of the whole game.

The game has at least 50h of playtime if you rush straight through and ignore a lot of side stuff.

probably well over 100h if you take your time.

If you explore and try to do everything, it's +100h on save record, meaning it can be 130h real time. If you rush it it's still atleast 50.

if you do evey quest, click every chest, listen to every dialogue, and ♥♥♥♥ every girl and dude, it is likely 100+ hours.

If you rush to finish it, someone has done it in 30+ minutes...

i finished it in 110 hours doing everything i could , exploration , secondary quests etc

The length depends on your difficulty, on classic the average amount of time it takes to beat the first island is 30 unless you skip a lot and just decide to kill everything for xp. Average gameplay length (not rushed) is 100-110hours. Average player gameplay time (not including those that quit after the first act) is around 200 hours.

Speed runners can do it in like 40 minutes.

If you want to play it for enjoyment and experience everything in the game its aorund 100 hours.
