Talk to Dorothy 1 by 1 , GET Idol of REBIRTH, Dismiss all Mercenaries

Main Char Talk to Dorothy, get str or int, -2 +2 ( so balance the point. )
recruit back the party member 1 by 1, THEY WILL AUTO TOP UP THE 6000 EXP to each member ( only top up when MAIN char have more exp than the party member )

STEP 3
Each Party talk to Dorothy, get prefer stat for -2 CONs ( you can always respec later )
+6000 EXP extra to party member.

STEP 4
Steal the Last Idol of REBIRTH from Dorothy, So you GOT 4 now

Kill DOROTHY for more EXP.
