Do you always get the same god?
I'm Amadias Godwoken and i was wondering if the god you get is decided by who or what you play.

You should. Lohse is the best character I have played yet. Got Beast to do as the last.
I dunno, her voice, lines, humor, quest it all just appeals to me. Best origin character.

I was debating her and sebile I ended up going with seenile because I like escaped slave angle but I'm still kind of regretting missing the demon possession thing. Next run I'll have to do it

It depends on origin character or race, you can't get Vrogir or Xantezza with anyone though since they're the orc and imp gods

I havent beat the game, but for Loshe so far its a demon / unknown entity.

Also haven't beaten the game yet. But I was theorizing that Lohse's god is the Imp. But after last nights session, I'm not so sure anymore. Guess I'll have to wait until I get further along the game.

I dont know too much lore, but are imps a dead race?

Also i dont think "its" a god of any kind. Im thinking its an Enternal maybe. Idk, he really hates gods from what i learned so far and all their nonsense.

Im pretty sure an imp shows up in divinity 2 which I think takes place after this game timeline wise.

On that note what happens to our pc between now and than because you would think a second divine would be noteworthy?

only ZixZax show up and he's not a common imp.

Kind of odd you dont get the god of the race your skeleton is of, though.

Well, it's pretty simple. Fane is older than the gods. He's an eternal and he betrayed his race besides to allow for those beings to ascent to divinity. They betrayed their king and he helped them with his lust for knowledge.

You know you still get amadia if you play as a custom skeleton, right?

I haven't played it in some years, but I believe there's a handful of random hostile imps as well.

It is a bit strange because Fane and me have the same God, i am Amadias Champion and Fane is her Champion as well.

Rhalic can have up to 3 champions. (The PC, Ifan and Alexander) so it's not like the gods are restricted to one.

not really when you consider undead are a different creature onto themselves now, ostracized by every other race. You kind of fall out of the purview of your native god/goddess I suppose.
