How to get frame rune ?

Hello guys, can you help me with that ? i don't know where to get or how to craft 'rune frame of power/mystical'

They will start appearing in vendors inventory at some point, also few quest have frames as a reward.

Nope, but you can get them as a quest reward, not only by buying them as @Blood Meridian said.

Ahh, I think his comment was more in response to OP asking if he can craft them as opposed to set loot.

I was referring to buying and crafting. Quests do give them but they a finite.

Oh come on now. Reliably you can only get them through vendors. You're going to need more than the 2-3 total you get from RANDOM quest rewards.

Don't worry, when the inevitable console version gets released, frame crafting will be in. As will anything worthwhile with crafting in the first place.
