Ranger skills to learn?
What skills from the Huntsman tree should I get first? Currently got Tactical retreat, First aid, Sky Shot, Elemental Arrowheads and Ricochet.

Also, does invisibility from Chameleon cloak or being in smoke clouds count as stealth? Would it give me the bonus for "Assassinate" skill?

Assassinate skill requires you to be sneaking. Not stealthed, so no those do not work.

Personally my favourite skills for damaging enemies are "marksmans fang" and "Ballistic shot".

In no specific order:
Tactical Retreat, First Aid, Sky Shot, Ballistic Shot, Ricochet, Barrage.

I didn't use Pin Down much. 3 AP cost often felt like an awkward price to pay.

Reactive Shot is too finicky and unreliable.

Elemental Arrowheads is situationally useful, but I rarely used it and ended up dumping it.

Marksman's Fang seems nice, but mostly wasn't..? Dealing damage directly to their health pool didn't really benefit me in any way. I'm not gonna do enough damage that way to ignore their armour altogether, so I felt that I was way better off just peeling their armour, which opened up for CC from my Warrior faster.

Glitter Dust was too situational to be worth the point in memory for me.

Assassinate is fine to open fights I s'pose... But... Eh... Got it for free through my bow. Only reason I used it. It's probably better than I give it credit for, but I would rather open a fight with Barrage from high ground, which also eliminated the need to fit it into fights (3AP).

Elemental Arrows with an Elf is one of the biggest damage boosts you can possibly get. Flesh Sacrifice drops blood at your feet, and blood adds a ton of physical damage to your shots. Anyway, the rest of your list is all I ever used as well, aside from Arrow Storm and Elemental Arrows with Sebille (didn't use it with Ifran).

You also want to grab Cloak and Dagger and Adrenaline though from Scoundrel.

I'm level 23 and the only skills i use on my ranger from hunstman are barrage, sky shot, ballistic, marksman fang, pin down, first aid and tactical retreat. They are the only ones worth having

Sky Shot isn't great, and Marksman's Fang isn't super useful outside of a handful of situations.

Arrow Spray, Ballistic Shot, Barrage, Tactical Retreat, Ricochet are the big ones. Arrow Spray can do absurd damage to large targets at close range. Also make sure to craft as many Knockdown Arrows as possible.

Elemental Arrowheads I use because my ranger is sebille, so I can just use it with the blood produced by Flesh Sacrifice.

You need sneaking for using Guerrilla to its best capability. That usually means setting up before a fight, or getting to a space to stealth and be forgotten, but it'll use up nearly a full turn.

That said though, Assassinate has been a heaven sent when it comes to fights for me because with high enough damage, you can, or nearly, pick off a target of choice from the field before the fight gets started. Useful to wind down numbers.

After that, Chamelon cloak is a good one to have on hand when you need to get out of sight to recover / reposition / etc. That and Flight from the Polymorph tree is good when Tactical Retreat is down for more mobility.
