Max level / Skills
Was it mentioned somewhere what is level cap for the player?
In video I saw a 22 lev character, so 30?
As to skills, is there any cap, or I can max bartering for example so hard, that sell price will overgrow the buying one

DOS 1 had caps I think it was 11 on skills and not sure what the stat caps were if any but skills were caped? I cant recall now. But there were caps. Not sure what we get in DOS 2, doubt anyone can tell you now.

Combat Skills 10pts (+equipment) from 1 vid I saw (don't recall which one)

I never understood how bartering works as it never reduced the amount it was mentionning as it never felt like 10% or more. As for level I'd guess 25 but could be a bit higher.

More than a hard cap, XP is finite in D:OS, there's so many quests and NPCs to kill until you run out. You will likely be able to level up much lower than the actual hard cap, unless you cheat (at which point you might as well directly alter your stats instead).

Bartering gives you 4% discount per invested point so 1 point = 4% and 10 points =40% and you can get higher affinity with npc traders which can get you another 20% (100 points affinity, couldn't get any higher so far)

but the important part is that you have to trade with the char that has it skilled, all others will get the normal prices...

oh and you get a discount for what you buy, and more money for what you sell, too

Civ skills cap at 5.
Attribute at 20 (40 with Lone Wolf)
Combat skills at 10. (20 with Lone Wolf)

Gear can increase further

i'm not that sure about attributes, i saw today a guy with 46 finesse (+6 from gear) and he couldnt add another point, so i think its capped at 40?

Attribute cap at 20? that is impossible, at level 5 or 6 you get 20 on an attribute already

Attribute is capped at 20 I think. But we talk about +20 not raw 20 which means 30+ (the + being from gear). Which matches with a lvl 9 character if you dump all your points in the same attribute. The cap for skills is reached at lvl 8. It is very early on but that also means that your build is "awfully" specialized which make you very strong at only one thing. Which is most of the time not recommended maybe aside from a summoner (for attributes it's still not a very clever idea, but with initiative being essentially useless, why not).
I tested with cheats and hardcap is level 36 but I hear you only make it to low 20's with legit playthrough of the availible exp, combat skills is max 10 and civil is max 5 and attributes are max 40 all without items of course.

lonewolf is max 70 of each stat and 20 of combat and civil is unchanged, without items.

You can still diversify your skills. There are plenty of skills that lack scaling - And many more skills where the damage is almost irrelevant to the status affliction/buff.

Attributes are capped at a raw value of 30, I just went and respecced my lvl 21 lone wolf character to test it.

Edit: Whoops, meant to specify 30 points invested, since I ended up with +30 from lone wolf.

What you guys taling about...you can invest a total of 30 atribute points in 1 attribute aka rase it to 40 and lone wolf dubbels the investes points so you end up with 70 if u maximize 1 attribute

i seen peeps with over 100 in 1 stat so guess higher lev gear give qute alot of stat points (was a 21 lone wolf char)

I have a lone wolf char with 64 strength, so I'm pretty sure that's wrong...
