No Wits required. No high ground required.
Add Executioner talent

Flesh Sacrifice
Elemental Arrows on the blood
Enrage
Adrenaline if you want more AP
Regular shot on the weakest enemy. Critical hit
If it dies, get 2 AP back
Regular shots until every enemy is dead on the first turn
