HA! Yes, yes there is. I do this whenever I reach Driftwood now.
Teleport him from a location where you aren't in LOS of NPC's and tele him into no ones LOS, nuke him before anyone patrols over. Too hard to explain where to stand over text, but it is there.

If my fort joy method works in driftwood, then yes. Basically just get a corpse nearby, keep outta sight and summon a bloated corpse using necromancy. Send the summon over to the target and have it explode. So long as it penetrates any relevant armor, the health damage will not heal and no one should suspect you. Rinse and repeat until dead.
