How to modify a skill via modding?
Is there any good tutorial or guide for it? I found a guide that introduces how to create a new skill, but it's not modification of current existing data.

I've tried to do it, but it seems that the change wasn't applied...

I've had some success with tweaking the basic aspects of a skill. Basically, copy the skill from the "Shared" resources in the Divinity Engine 2, and then past it into the appropriate skills section of the add-on you're creating, then modify the skill there. When you load the mod, it should take priority.

I did this and changed the way several necromancy spells work to make them scale differently, have AoEs, target non-allies, and adjusted their cooldowns.

Mostly in experimental phase. If I have my way, as soon as I get more comfortable using the engine I'm going to make a lot more new skills that offer new playstyles and class creation alternatives (basically skills that lend themselves well to certain archetypal themes like Paladin).
