Can't Craft Blessed Smoke Cloud

I used a lvl 2 air and lvl 2 scoundrel spell and just got the lvl 1 version, smoke cover.

Have you tried just having 1, instead of 2, source ("lvl 2") books for the combination?

Just to be clear, when you say "level 2" air/scoundrel books, you are looking at ones that specifically require 1 or more source points to use, right? Because "lvl 2" makes it sound like you might not be using the right ones, and maybe something like superconductor, or just something new for your current level, as opposed to the correct combo
