Lady Kemm wont talk to me

Just wanted to buy some tea leaves but she tells me I have to have an invitation or something. I am getting close to being done with the game, having done almost everything in Arx, so I am not sure what I am missing. Is there any specific quest I need to finish?

I think you have to read a book about tea first. When you speak to her afterwards it displays a dialog choice about tea, you chat with her a bit about your knowledge of tea and then she will sell to you.

The book may be in the same room or somewhere in the house. I don't recall.

Looked through the entire house and could not find it. Oh well, iv'e moved on now.

If I remember right the book is on the second floor in the room with the dwarfen queen.
