Use Ressurrection Scrolls, those are items that you may already have in your inventory. If you don't have them they're sold through some merchants. Nebora in Fort Joy has plenty of them for example.

There's also a necromancy spell you can use to do it as well as Idols of Rebirth.

Is there a way to heal teammates outside of combat without items?

I found the restoration, but how did I get it?

Use the Bedroll item, there's a few around the ship at the beginning but if you missed them there's some in the Fort. Some are free and some you have to steal.

Bedrolls have infinite uses btw

Scrolls, and you get them from vendors.

Also, you seem quite new to the game so I recommend you read this guide (spoilers, read at your own discretion) http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1166365630

Hope this post helps, and enjoy the game.

OK so how do I obtain the spell which revives dead teammates? Can any character learn this reviving spell? Also, what if my teammate dies and I have no way of reviving him?

Any help?

Death in this game is permanent, and there are only a limited supply of scrolls to resurrect. The necromancer spell mentioned only sacrefices one life for another and only apears at lvl 14+. You can technicaly do some sort of unholy ritual like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzKArTR8A7Q to bypass the resurrection spell but its complicated

Craft/Buy Ressurect scrolls.

Resurrect Scroll: Combine Sheet of Paper, Water Essence, and Life Essence

There is no Resurrect spell you can learn, only scrolls. With Necromancy you can learn Last Rites, it will be sold in stores after reaching level 16. This spell does piercing damage to the caster and revives another. However, unless you are casting it from a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mage, you will most likely kill yourself with it. You have to first cast Living on the Edge on the caster. So 6 AP to ressurrect someone, it's definitely not worth it unless you want to use this technique with Shackles of Pain on an enemy or have some weird suicide team build.

Umm merchant items refresh actually, if you exit an area and come back after a while items will refresh including ressurrection scrolls

When i was in fort joy i must have bought about 6 or 8 ressurection scrolls but she only sells 4 at one time, if you need more just wait for her to refresh
They are pricey rhough, nothing like a little bit of killing cant fix though if youre in need of gold

So you only get those characters and if they all die I can't get them back? Because I already got some of my characters killed already in the begining of the game. I did revive them with the scroll though.

The characters are always revivable, they never perminently die, and merchants refresh their stock when you exit an are and come back, ie when you leave fort joy and go to the seeker camp, when you return to the fort square their stock should be refreshed, it might be a bit longer than that though you might have to wait a day or something for the stock to refresh, im not exactly sure how it works but i do know that they replensih what you buy from them, if you buy all the res. Scrolls and need more just give it a a day and you can buy some more, and go back to your dead ally and revive them

There's currently a bug with the Last rites spell where if it's used in combat it will kill the caster, even though they have a lot more hit points than than the listed piercing damage it's supposed to deal to the caster.

Outside of combat it works properly though.
