Mother Tree - Saheila is nowhere [RESOLVED]

Apparently there's an alternative way of killing the Mother Tree on the Nameless Island that doesn't involve deathfog (and murdering everyone in the sanctuary - Delorus is my pal D:), except it involves Saheila - who's nowhere to be seen. Is that normal ?

My team is made of Ifan, Beast and the Red Prince.

If sebille is in your party, or around when you talk to the shadow prince, she will butt in and she does not have any dialogue options other than to kill the shadow prince.

Sheila appears after you speak to the scion next to the heart of the mother tree. She will appear outside the entrance to the heart of the mother tree. Or she is supposed to. Basically, to kill the heart of the mother tree, you have to kill all the scions first.

Just fyi, Ifan's attitude will drop towards you if you kill the mother tree with death fog. Shouldn't be a big deal unless his attitude is pretty low towards you to begin with.

Oh, thanks ! Welp, guess no Saheila-solution for me.
I tried both options, didn't see the drop in attitude pop up on Ifan. Huh.
Either way, imma load up the one where the Shadow Prince is dead, I don't appreciate people who send assassins after me.
