I know they’ve at least talked about sharing civil passives which would relieve a lot of the “add to wares, send to Ifan” spam. What else didn’t you like?

Well i am someone how keeps a lot of items in his inventory and after 50 houres of play time on one of my gamefiles i have way to much items to keep track of. In WoW i could use backpacks to get a degree of order but in divinity you cant tell which backpack is which it got me so frustrated at the game that i quit playing. And there are other little things that would make the inventory better the should add a Serchfuntion ,they should enable us to mark certain item as favorites, they should mark quest items so that you don't accidentally sell them. (sorry if my grammar is a bit of english is not my main language)

You're perfectly understandable.
I personally sell everything after I trade up. The levels are pretty drastic so having old gear doesn’t help me much.
Marking quest items would be great. It’s odd that there are non-quest items you can’t sell and quest items that you can sell. And I’ve definitely been in situations where the ability to search would have saved me time.
Maybe when Larian finishes their bug fixes, they’ll do some quality of life improvements

Yeah, and ifyou get some balance issues with mods blame the base game for it. Like Reactive Shot.

One of the various vitality scaling mods means you basically won't have to bother with gear that much or at all.

The Crafting Overhaul mod has marked bags/chests. I use it to keep track of.. well, everything.

Using enough backpacks I was able to get a bit of control over my inventory. I use one backpack for crafting items (gave it to the char witch lucky charm since she is opening all the chests, after some time almost all the the crafting stuff goes directly to the backpack), one for keys and one for books/notes, my grenadier guy has a backpack for grenades and my ranger has a backpack for arrows). Everything unidentified goes to loremaster guy, everything for sale goes to barter guy. In the end my inventory looks like this: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1186244113 Not perfect but manageable. What really needs improvement badly is a trading interface. Why not allow to send items to other characters on trading screen (or better yet take wares from all inventories when pressing the "offer wares" button)? And importantly the filter for level of items on a trader's inventory (or at least an option to hide items previosly sold to that trader) is badly needed. After visiting the same trader a couple of times and selling wares to him, finding items of relevant level really becomes pointelessly hard.

Not sure if that's doable/a good idea, what about the stench trait, for example?

Just the civil points.
Barter, Lucky Charm, Persuasion, etc. Maybe not even all of those.

I honestly think there’s a mod to let you get achievements while using mods

Yes the inventory system is one of my few complaints about this game. It takes too long to organize. I'm a patient guy, but I can see how it could drive people away.

I woould wish at least a ring for all the keys, and naming bags. As i have so many bags, i get in trouble to find always the right bag first. :OP

Colored bags would also be helpful.
