Can't enter game anymore

I already played 128 hours of the game. but after a couple of weeks without entering the game, when I tried to enter now, (without instaling any new mod or anything) It always display the errors:

The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I tried repairing, reinstaling the game, disabling the old mods I was using but still got the same errors. My brother is using the same mods I was and can enter the game normally.

I have an Alienware 17 R3.
