Found this little guy, his mum was dead. Much downers were issued. Tried a resurrection scroll on mum but invalid target. Must be some way to help him or cursed be the name of Larian!

You need to be a heros to tell him that he need to grow up and be a strong bear and he will get out with a better spirit than the one he got when you tell him his mom is dead or just tell him what he need to do to survive.

Actually [Strong] is enough, no need for [Hero]. In any case, you can find the cub a little bit later sitting next to his dead mum and looking as miserable as ever. Sad times in that corner of Reaper's Eye, sad times... :(

Actually you can teach the bear cub a very important life lesson. When the cub is next to mommy's body, click on mommy. Then take out her ribs and eat them.

This will teach the cub about the circle of life. That is a very important lesson for a bear.

The best help you can give him is a fireball to the face, he will just starve to death without his mom. If you can't do that teleport him to the flaming pigs.

Not sure telling him how to survive works. You tell the cub to hide from the larger animals and hunt the smaller ones etc. But then he says "Ok, I'll go hunt some large animals," and walks off. And you don't even have the "Hey wait a sec" option. I guess your character figures, "ok, you know wut, I've got my own crap to do."

They should have given the player the option to relocate him to a new bear family who can adopt him. It could have even been the descendants of Bairdotr's tribe from the first game.

U can teleport his mom close to the final fight and after a dialogue Bear Cub will go to her and help u in that fight :)
