You’ll have to find a purging wand or sneak around somehow to get to the Alexander fight.

I think you’re talking about Griff? The thug at the bottom of that double stairway in Fort Joy. He had Amyro the elf locked up. You probably stole his armor that was laying behind him. He wasn’t a magister.

You are saying he is past the shriekers, I am not sure I am following you, what shriekers are you talking about, they are in more than one location, I think there is one close to town and more towards the ship,
I may have screwed things up, I got some gal, a tinkerer they called her and she removed my collar, then I kind of sneaked around and gradually killed all of the Magisters, can't find anyone left.
Not the shrieker by where you found Gareth, the killing zone of 6-8 shriekers past the abandoned camp near the ship. Beyond those shriekers is a group of magisters. They’re the final fight of the act.
