Hard to say, since the release version is going to have updated graphics and performance improvements. But looking at the requirements, you're at the low end, so i would say low settings at 1080p should work just fine.

I have 16 gb ram gtx 890 3gb vram and an i7 6200k @ 2.9 ghz and I can run it on ultra with 50-60 frames no problem. So you should be able to get about the same results.

Ultra ? i doubt it, the 940m is crap; it's a low end graphic card performing less that a 550TI

Actually I haven't bought the game yet. I'm trying to save up for a new computer before I buy it.

The game is much more processor heavy than graphics card, so I think you should run it without much problems. Lower your textures and you should get pretty good fps.
