Collector's Edition
What the hell... I was hoping to grab a collector's edition but it was all sold out. I checked ebay and saw them for sale for over $450. Damn scalpers.....

Yeah it's sad how most of them are bought by scalpers... But on the other hand, Kickstarter backers all got theirs and afaik there was no limit on CE's during the kickstarter campaign. Swen just decided to make 5000(3700 or something were for KS backers) of them so they had over a 1000 left to sell.

Oh, I didn't even realize they had a kickstarter campaign for number 2 otherwise I would have backed up!
All I thought they were doing was early access for the game. Damn it :(

They only had 1000 to sell, the rest went to the 3700+ kickstarter backers with the proper tier reward, Larian employees and their friends and family.

I bought one, but I am not scalper, so I will sell you mine for $449 :steammocking:

I was asking because that was the original kickstarter collectors edition before they changed it. For me I wasn't interested in a mug, ouija board, and the stickers, so I didn't pledge for that tier. But with this new version of the collectors edition if it was like that on Kickstarter than I would have pledged.

Did you receive any info on the shipping yet? I have absolutely no idea if mine has been shipped at all or if it will arrive for release

I contacted them by email, they are not sending them till the 14th of September.

Thats really an asshat move. they let you purchase a collectors edition fo 160 usd you cannot play on release? really?
