Help needed - I'm stuck in spirit vision cave
at the end of the first combat on the boat (the high seas) I'am teleported in this cave without possibility to exit. I'have missed something ?

you mean when Malady wants to return the ship into the regular world so you can finally sail to the next village? Then yes, that is the end.
