Can anyone help me with murder investigation at the beginning?

Just follow the main story, you're not a detective xD The murder kinda solves itself, really.

the best you can do for this do with this is... if you are an elf, you can lewt the corpse when the magister in that room has turned his back while u are sneaking... if you eat it you will see a memory... [spoiler/]
