Would be so much better if it had multiplayer or a way of creating and joining temporary servers for local play in school or something.

Reminds me Slick 'n Slide for MS-DOS, but with bigger (and boring) race course.
The idea is great! But not executed well :-/
Maybe the experience could change with 3 or more players. Or 8.
I could imagine this with AI opponents and online multiplayer.
Yeah, local MP is an almost abandoned theme nowadays, so that's a good point for this game.

- Local multiplayer with up to 8 players (if you have that much...controllers)
- Good idea
- Simple as DNA (or 123)

Dislike:
- Boring
- Lacks of AI opponents
- Not much to do, especially in single mode
- Maybe a track builder could help?...

It's not a bad game (oh the HORROR, I want my money back ohwait, it was free...) or something.
But it's not good either.

There is a game called Musclecar Online which only lacks of local MP (online ghosts only), but got everything else.

I thought this game would be fun, but it turns out the Singleplayer is just you driving alone, and there aren't any bots to race against whatsoever. The only way you can play this game with other people is through local multiplayer. If this game had online multiplayer, it could be a very fun game.

Go buy Grid, need for speed, or any other racing game.. Not worth it

This is an awesome racing game!
Pros:
+ Simple and easy to catch on
+ Customizable controls
+ Great if you have friends to play it with/8 players total (Duh! It's in the title, "Eight Mini Racers")
+ Has fun powerups and... powerdowns? (Repair Wrench, Wacky Steering, Missle, and occassionally a mine)
+ Has a ton of colors for each car

Cons:
- Only has one volume option (Master Volume)
- You can only play on the same computer (VIA muultiple controllers and a keyboard)
- Only has 3 cars
- No AI racers for singleplayer
- Singleplayer gets repetative after a while since you're the only one on the track

Overall I rate it an 8/10
It's worth playing, and definitly worth the price! Again, it's localized multiplayer ONLY, so if you're looking for an online multiplayer option, there is none.

8 Mini Minutes !

If you plan on only playing single player, don't waste your pocket change on this game. There's nothing here for you, and even if you have people coming over to play multiplayer on the same screen, since there's no online multiplayer, I'm willing to bet that it still isn't really all that fun and you'll be done with the game in less than an hour.

I am 32 years old.

My ex-wife and I have a daughter together, and we adopted our son together. Both are now 4 years old.

When we were going through our separation, I felt lost and unhappy. I was self-destructive. One day, I was so angry with everything spiraling out of control that I punched a concrete wall in a moment of overwhelming emotion. This resulted in breaking my fifth metacarpal in my right hand—the hand I worked with, played games with, and used to carry my children to bed—the hand I desperately needed to ensure I could continue providing.

Upon learning the severity of the self-inflicted damage, I became almost suicidal. Keep in mind that just a few months before this, I was the happiest man, with no history of depression or anxiety. I had never experienced anger outbursts, nor was I the type to break down and cry, but I was in a tough situation that truly prevented me from seeing the light on the other side.

With nothing better to do, I looked for a game I could play WITH ONE HAND while recovering. Somehow, I stumbled upon this game and read some of the comments. I decided it was worth a try... I must admit I didn't beat the game, nor did I play as much as some of you. In fact, I may have played this game for only a day or two. That being said, after doing so, I had a new joy and hope for life. I managed to leave behind the pain and suffering that had been thrust upon me. I could experience the joy and happiness of other people. I relaxed for 5 ♥♥♥♥ minutes listening to this music, long enough to realize that I would be okay.

After realizing this, I turned off the game and went back to work. My hand hurt a lot, but I was motivated. I stopped feeling so sorry for myself and became the father I needed to be at that moment, not the weak boy I was behaving like.

Today, I am close friends with the mother of my children. We don't fight, argue, or say hurtful things to each other. We are parents and friends.

Now I have 3 children. My third child is, wait, ALSO 4 YEARS OLD. The woman I am with was going through a very similar situation at the time of my separation, and we just unexpectedly stumbled into each other's lives. We have been dating for a year and are very happy together.

Moral of the story: you never know what life has in store for you, and if I had given up when all odds were against me, I wouldn't be where I am today. This silly little game helped me realize that.

This is a fun game to play woth friends, but it would be a better game with a map editor, online racing, more cars, and drift racing. I give this game 9.5 of 10

If you played supersprint or Superskidmarks on Amiga or at the arcade you know what to expect, except much much worse and non graphical fun, also quite much more crappier gameplay. Go in your own memory and remember the good games that was before this hell on earth ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cargame with bad unoptimized car driving where only the mentally specially gifted are the true heroes...no not even them...there can be only loosers.

Its better to crush a snail with your teeth than playing this game, they both leave the same taste in your mouth...I know since I actually feelt that I needed to see if that wasnt the better taste...with the snail...crushed.. no it wasnt I understood a bit to late..but then again I think you should consider crushing the snail instead of soiling your steam library with this inferior product of a so called game.

Totally overpriced.
