It looks like some folder names are randomly generated, so I can't give the full path, but Blood and Bacon is the folder containing two small files named "savegame" and "saveprefs".
You can back that up if you plan on reformatting or something.
I see what you mean though. There's a very obvious array of 0x02 representing the number of days I have passed so far, as well as bytes of how much milk/grenades/etc. Wouldn't be too hard to poke around and change things :)

also would be amazing to have steam workshop support where people could do like a the number of days and specify each wave. also would be neat if they can do their own levels layouts. basically you have some file format. if you put it out people could create little programs to tweak it, like they do to mod other games. i say let the modders go nuts.. its not like it going to hurt anything and it would i think make it better value and attrack more customers, more sales
